Returns & Exchanges
To begin the refund/exchange process please email Hello@shopivyandpine.com with your order numbers + item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
ivy & pine gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund with 15 days of original purchase date.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. Using a trackable service is recommended. If you send a return without tracking and it is not received, no credit/refund will be issued.
Refunds/credit will be issued 3-5 days after your item(s) have been received. If you return a washed, worn or otherwise used item you will not receive a refund and the item will be marked return to sender.
Please ensure the address you submit online is correct. ivy & pine is not responsible for updating incorrect addresses once the package has been shipped. ivy & pine is not held accountable for any refunds or replacements once the package has been marked "delivered". Claims can be filed by the customer to USPS if there is a lost, damaged or stolen package.
FINAL sale items include : jewelry, swim, bodysuits, intimates, body products, sale items and Flash Sale items. These items are not returnable.
