Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for orders placed in store or online for most items within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. No refunds are offered. 

Any items received after 15 days will not be accepted and returned to sender at senders expense or will be available to be picked up in store. 

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card for the amount purchased. 
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. Using a trackable service is recommended. If you send a return without tracking and it is not received, no exchange/credit will be issued. 
If you return a washed, worn or otherwise used item you will not receive an
exchange/credit and the item will be marked return to sender or can be picked up in store. 

Need to start an exchanged? Please email Hello@shopivyandpine.com with your order numbers + item(s) you wish to exchange or receive store credit. Credit will be applied once the item has been received by ivy & pine.  

Final sale

Final sale items include : jewelry, hair accessories, swim, bodysuits, intimates, bath + body products, home decor, vintage clothing, sale and flash sale items. These items cannot be exchanged.
